Karawang – Jawa Barat – (SIN) – Hampir tiga ribu perangkat desa di Kabupaten Karawang siap mendukung calon Bupati yang dianggap bisa memperhatikan dan berpihak kepada mereka,Sabtu(13/4-2024).
Pasalnya, perangkat desa memiliki peran penting dalam pelayanan masyarakat dan pembangunan di tingkat desa, namun masih belum mendapatkan perhatian yang memadai.
Ketua PPDI Karawang, Iwan Sunarya, yang juga seorang aktifis Desa Bersatu, menyatakan bahwa perangkat desa membutuhkan perhatian khusus dari pemimpin, terutama Bupati Kabupaten Karawang. Mereka siap mendukung dengan syarat untuk memperkuat regulasi terkait masa tugas perangkat desa dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka.
“kami siap mendukung dengan catatan yang bisa memperkuat Regulasi tentang masa tugas perangkat desa dan mensejahterakan para perangkat desa”.
Karawang membutuhkan pemimpin yang memahami regulasi tentang desa, termasuk mengatur perangkat desa, untuk menghindari gugatan hukum yang dapat menghambat pembangunan di tingkat desa.
PPDI siap untuk mengawal penerapan Perda Karawang baru tentang desa dan terus berkontribusi dalam pembangunan di wilayah Kabupaten Karawang.
