Nias Sumut – (SIN) – Bupati Nias, Yaatulo Gulo, S.E., S.H., M.Si bersama Kepala Perangkat Daerah Lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias gelar kegiatan olahraga Gowes (bersepeda), Sabtu (15/3/2025).
Rombongan yang tergabung dalam Nias Cycling Club tersebut, mengambil start di Kompleks Perkantoran Desa Hiliweto-Gido. Kemudian, rombongan memulai perjalanan menyusuri wilayah Kecamatan Gido dengan melewati beberapa Desa, yakni Desa Somi, Desa Lasela dan Desa Ladea.
Meskipun hanya bersepeda, rombongan tersebut tetap mengedepankan keselamatan saat berkendara dengan menggunakan Helm dan aksesoris lainnya.
Selain untuk meningkatkan kebugaran, kegiatan Gowes ini bertujuan untuk melihat kondisi infrastruktur yang sudah terbangun selama pemerintahan Bupati Nias sekaligus memantau hal-hal apa saja yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan inspirasi untuk pengembangan dan kemajuan Kabupaten Nias yang berkelanjutan.
Tampak terlihat, anggota Nias Cycling Club ini sangat antusias dan semangat mengayuh sepeda sambil menikmati pemandangan saat menyusuri rute persawahan.
