Nias Sumut – (SIN) – Pelaksanaan Forum Konsultasi Publik dalam rangka Pembentukan Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) di Kabupaten Nias, bertempat di Aula Gido Lantai III Kantor Bupati Nias, Selasa (27/8/2024).

Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Nias, Staf Ahli Bupati Nias, Asisten Sekda Kabupaten Nias, Kepala Perangkat Daerah Lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias, Para Kabag Lingkup Setda Kabupaten Nias, Pimpinan Instansi Vertikal BUMN/BUMD, Wakil Ketua TP. PKK Kabupaten Nias, Ketua DWP Kabupaten Nias, Tokoh Masyarakat se-Kabupaten Nias, Pelaku UMKM se-Kabupaten Nias dan Seluruh Hadirin.

Kabag Organisasi Setda Kabupaten Nias, Rais Ridhan Zendrato, SSTP., M.Ec.Dev melaporkan bahwa kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan dalam rangka Forum Konsultasi Publik pembentukan Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Nias. Dimana, salah satu syarat untuk pembentukan Mal Pelayanan Publik adalah Pelaksanaan Forum Konsultasi Pelayanan Publik.

Dalam arahannya, Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Nias Samson P. Zai, S.H., M.H mengatakan bahwa dari aspek kelembagaan pelayanan di Kabupaten Nias sudah bagus namun belum maksimal. Untuk itu ada sebuah kebijakan yakni pembentukan Mal Pelayanan Publik di Kabupaten Nias.

Kita melaksanakan Forum Konsultasi Publik dalam rangka pembentukan Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Nias. Intinya adalah apakah kita bisa menyepakati bersama pembentukan Mal Pelayanan Publik dan dituangkan dalam Berita Acara”terangnya.

Menurutnya, seluruh pemangku kepentingan dalam hal ini menyampaikan pendapat terkait pembentukan Mal Pelayanan Publik sehingga bisa disepakati bersama. Bila disepakati maka lokasinya untuk sementara akan ditempatkan di Aula Lantai II Kesbangpol Kabupaten Nias.

Dengan adalanya Mal Pelayanan Publik maka seluruh pelayanan menjadi satu” Tegasnya.

Dikatakannya, sebagai tindak lanjut bila adanya kesepakatan bersama maka akan dilakukan ekspos kepada Bapak Bupati Nias. Selanjutnya, tim akan menuju KemenpanRB untuk meminta persetujuan pendampingan sekaligus peninjauan lokasi layak tidaknya untuk menintegrasikan pelayan di Kabupaten Nias.

Kita akan berdiskusi bersama, silahkan menyampaikan saran dan pendapat melalui forum diskusi dengan harapan pada akhirnya kita akan menandatangani Berita Acara” Harap Sekda Kabupaten Nias.

Akhirnya, Pelaksanaan Forum Konsultasi Publik dalam rangka Pembentukan Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) di Kabupaten Nias mencapai kesepakatan bersama yang ditandai dengan Penandatanganan Kesepakatan Bersama dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak yang berperan dalam penyelenggaraan Mal Pelayanan Publik, yakni : Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Nias, Kepala UPT. Samsat Gunungsitoli Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Kepala Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Nias, Pimpinan PT. Bank Sumut KCP Gido, Wakil Ketua TP. PKK Kabupaten Nias, Ketua DWP Kabupaten Nias dan Pelaku UMKM Kabupaten Nias.

Penandatanganan kesepakatan ini mengukuhkan tekad Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias untuk menghadirkan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik, lebih efisien, dan lebih efektif. Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias bergerak maju untuk memastikan bahwa kepentingan masyarakat tetap menjadi fokus utama dalam setiap inisiatif yang dilakukan.
