Karawang – Jawa Barat – (SIN) – Pernyataan advokat Gary Gagarin Akbar yang meminta Bupati Karawang H. Aep Syaepuloh, untuk mencopot Camat Klari Panji Santoso dari jabatannya ditanggapi arogan oleh Panji .
Bahkan Panji seakan menantang (Bupati) agar SK pencopotannya dikeluarkan segera .
“Ditunggu SK pencopotan camatnya. Kalau bisa besok ya (keluar SK pencopotannya),” ketus Panji dalam bahasa Sunda kepada media ( SIN ), Jumat (29/3/2024) .
Menanggapi arogansi Camat Klari, akademisi yang juga advokat Ridwan Alamsyah angkat bicara,
Ridwan sangat menyayangkan buruknya tata bahasa seorang Camat yang notabenenya seorang pejabat .
“Jangan mentang-mentang punya kedekatan dengan Bupati bersikap arogan,” ujarnya .
Sebagai kepanjangan tangan dari Bupati, lanjut Ridwan, seorang camat sudah seyogyanya membina dan mengarahkan para kades yang ada dalam teritorial kewenangannya .
“Ketika ada kades dilaporkan ke APH mestinya camat segera koordinasi dan komunikasi dengan kades bersangkutan kenapa yang bersangkutan bisa dilaporkan, bukan nyinyir menganggap salah tindakan pelaporan seorang advokat,” tegasnya .
Kata Ridwan, semua birokrat di Kabupaten Karawang ini harus paham aturan hukum, terlebih terkait Tipikor .
“Jelas dan tegas tertuang di Pasal 12 E UU Tipikor,” bebernya .
Dalam hal ini, ucap Ridwan, seorang Bupati harus miliki ketegasan membina Camat Klari, bukan malah bungkam dan melehoy atas tindakan camat tersebut .
“Sepakat dengan Pak Gary, Bupati harus tegas karena camat juga merupakan wajah pemerintahan Kabupaten Karawang, sikap Camat bisa mencoreng wajah Bupati,” tandasnya .
Terpisah, Media (SIN) berusaha meminta tanggapan atas pernyataan Camat Klari yang menantang agar SK pencopotan dirinya selaku Camat Klari dikeluarkan, namun hingga berita ini diturunkan Bupati memilih bungkam .
