Kebumen – Jawa Tengah – (SIN) – Untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan administrasi Program JKN, BPJS Kesehatan membuka layanan di Purworejo Expo 2024. Gelaran Ekspo ini merupakan salah satu rangkaian kegiatan Hari Jadi Kabupaten Purworejo ke 193 yang akan berlangsung pada tanggal 1 Maret hingga 5 Maret 2024 mendatang.
Kepala BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Kebumen, Dany Saputro mengatakan BPJS Kesehatan mendekatkan layanan agar masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengakses pelayanan administrasi JKN. Ada banyak cara yang dilakukan, salah satunya dengan membuka layanan pada event-event tertentu seperti Purworejo Expo 2024 . Pelayanan yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat diantaranya pendaftaran peserta, perubahan data, pemberian informasi, registrasi Aplikasi Mobile JKN, penanganan pengaduan dan pendaftaran Program Rencana Pembayaran Bertahap (Rehab).
“Masyarakat yang sedang berkunjung di Purworejo Expo 2024 dapat memanfaatkan layanan kami. Pelayanan yang kami berikan juga sama dengan pelayanan yang ada di kantor cabang. Jadi masyarakat tidak perlu ragu untuk berkunjung ke stand kami di stand VIP Nomor 79,” kata Dany usai menghadiri kegiatan Pembukaan Purworejo Expo 2024, Jumat (01/03).
Dany juga menyebut selain pelayanan pada event-event tertentu, BPJS Kesehatan juga rutin melaksanakan pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan Keliling. Layanan tersebut dijadwalkan keliling mulai dari instansi pemerintah, fasilitas kesehatan, pusat perbelanjaan hingga beberapa titik strategis di kecamatan masing-masing Kabupaten. Menurutnya, layanan BPJS Keliling juga untuk memaksimalkan jangkauan layanan kepada masyarakat di beberapa daerah yang memiliki akses cukup jauh dari pelayanan publik. Melalui BPJS Keliling, masyarakat dapat menghemat biaya, tenaga, dan waktu untuk mendapatkan layanan administrasi JKN.
“Dengan adanya kemudahan-kemudahan layanan ini kami harap masyarakat menjadi lebih paham dan mengetahui manfaat dari program JKN,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut Dany menjelaskan selain layanan tatap muka, BPJS Kesehatan juga memiliki kanal layanan non tatap muka yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat dengan mudah. Layanan administrasi kepesertaan seperti permintaan informasi dan pengaduan pada Program JKN tidak hanya dapat diakses di kantor BPJS Kesehatan, tetapi juga melalui kanal-kanal lainnya. Kanal tersebut diantaranya Aplikasi Mobile JKN, BPJS Kesehatan Care Center 165, Chat Assistant JKN (CHIKA) di nomor 08118750400, Pelayanan Administrasi melalui Whatsapp (PANDAWA) di nomor 08118165165 maupun website BPJS Kesehatan.
“Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini berjalan sangat cepat. Kami tentu saja mengikutinya dengan menghadirkan layanan-layanan digital yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat kapanpun dan dimanapun, bisa dari rumah juga tanpa perlu jauh-jauh datang ke kantor langsung,” tambah Dany.
Sementara itu, dalam kunjungannya ke stand BPJS Kesehatan Bupati Purworejo, Yuli Hastuti mengapresiasi BPJS Kesehatan yang turut berpartisipasi dalam menyemarakkan Purworejo Expo 2024 dan kerjasamanya dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat Kabupaten Purworejo melalui program JKN. Menurutnya, dengan adanya stand pelayanan JKN, akan membantu masyarakat Purworejo yang sedang membutuhkan pelayanan. Mungkin ada yang butuh informasi atau perubahan data namun belum sempat ke kantor BPJS Kesehatan, dapat mengakses pelayanan di Purworejo Expo ini.
Yuli juga mengingatkan agar masyarakat tidak abai terhadap perlindungan kesehatan. Menurutnya, sakit bisa datang kapanpun dan kepada siapapun dan tidak memandang usia. Oleh karenanya, ia menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk memastikan dirinya dan keluarganya terdaftar Program JKN.
“Menjadi peserta JKN ini sangat penting untuk mendapatkan perlindungan kesehatan kala sakit,” tutupnya.
