Metro – (SIN) – Forum Advokat Peduli Demokrasi (FORKADI) mengadukan lima orang Komisioner KPU Kota Metro Demisioner ke Kantor Bawaslu setempat karna diduga melanggar pidana pemilu saat masih menjabat sebagai Komisioner KPU Metro beberapa hari yang lalu, Selasa (26/11/2024)
Para Advokat tersebut mendatangi kantor Bawaslu Metro dan mengadukan dugaan pelanggaran pidana pemilu atas putusan KPU Metro yang membatalkan salah satu pasangan calon dalam pilkada dikota setempat.
Hadir para Advokat Forkadi yakni, Muhamad Ilyas, SH, Syech Hud Ismail, SH, H. Benny HN Mansyur, SH, Suwardi, SHI, Puja Kusuma Suud Putra, SH, dan Yuli Setyowati, SH.
Ketua FORKADI Muhamad Ilyas, SH menyampaikan, pengaduan ini disampaikan kepada Bawaslu Metro untuk selanjut diproses dan ditindak lanjuti sesuai dengan Peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
“Meskipun Komisioner KPU Metro sudah Demisioner atau sudah tidak menjabat lagi, tapi dampak hukum dari putusan mereka kemarin itu masih bisa diproses secara hukum, dan kuat dugaan mereka melanggar Pidana Pemilu dengan upaya menghilangkan Hak Warga Negara untuk menjadi Kepala Daerah sebagai mana amanah undang-undang” jelas Ilyas.
Hal yang sama juga disampaikan oleh Wakil Ketua Forkadi Syech Hud Ismail, SH, dia menambahkan Bawaslu harus berani memproses dan menindak lanjuti pengaduan ini karena sumber masalah Pilkada di Kota Metro adalah mantan komisioner KPU tersebut.
“Tidak bisa mereka (red.KPU Metro Demisioner) bebas begitu saja, ada dampak hukum atas perbuatan mereka, dan tentu harus dipertanggung jawabkan, kemudian menghilangkan Hak warga negara untuk bisa menjadi kepala daerah itu diatur dalam undang-undang dan pelanggaranya masuk dalam ranah Pidana Pemilu bukan administratif apalagi etik,” imbuh Syech Hud.
Senada juga disampaikan oleh Sekretaris Forkadi Suwardi Bojes, SHI, ia berharap Bawaslu dapat bekerja dengan Profesional dan sungguh-sungguh dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pengawas pemilu.
