“Demo akan dilakukan pada tanggal 15 Januari 2025 yang akan diikuti oleh ribu honorer berstatus R2 dan R3 seleksi PPPK 2024 tahap 1, karena formasi di tanggamus hanya 220 formasi,” kata Sarjio kepada awak media pada senin (13/01/2025).
Dia mengungkapkan guru, tenaga kesehatan, teknis administrasi, Satpol PP, Dishub ikut demo bersama unsur lainnya untuk meminta kebijakan pemerintah terkait nasib honorer R2 dan R3 Tanggamus.
Lebih lanjut dikatakan, seruan aksi kepada seluruh honorer kabupaten tanggamus untuk menyuarakan tuntutan tenaga non-ASN terhadap pemerintah yang hingga kini belum memberikan kejelasan serta solusi mengenai status kepegawaian mereka.
Seluruh honorer berstatus R2 dan R3 yang telah mengabdi bertahun-tahun dengan penuh dedikasi di berbagai lini pelayanan publik, menuntut pengakuan yang layak dan kebijakan berpihak pada masa depan.
Adapun tuntutan honorer berstatus R2 dan R3 kepada pemerintah sebagai berikut:
1.Segera sahkan RPP Manajemen ASN turunan UU 20 Tahun 2023 tentang ASN dan mengakomodasi honorer database BKN (R2, R3) dalam sistem PPPK penuh waktu bukan hanya paruh waktu.
2.Terbitkan Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) Pengangkatan tenaga non-ASN database BKN ke PPPK full time.
3.Menolak rekrutmen CPNS 2025 sebelum pengangkatan non-ASN database BKN (R2, R3) sebagai PPPK full time.
4.Segera revisi UU 1 Tahun 2022 tentang Hubungan Keuangan Pemerintah Pusat dan Daerah yang mengatur tidak boleh melewati 30% belanja pegawai. Honorer meminta agar dilakukan revisi yang memberikan ruang lebih besar bagi pengangkatan tenaga honorer menjadi PNS atau PPPK.
5.Tenaga non-ASN database BKN (R2, R3) menolak diangkat sebagai PPPK paruh waktu dan meminta agar status honorer dinaikkan menjadi PPPK penuh waktu.
6.Pengangkatan non-ASN database BKN (R2, R3) wajib berdasarkan masa kerja. Honorer menuntut agar pengangkatan sebagai PPPK full time didasarkan pada masa kerja yang panjang dan kontribusi nyata di berbagai sektor.
