Tulang Bawang – (SIN) – Hermawansyah selaku Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Lembaga Pemantau Aset Dan Keuangan Negara Republik Indonesia (LPAKN-RI) Profesional Jaringan Mitra Negara (PROJAMIN) Provinsi Lampung, angkat bicara terkait Viralnya Pemberitaan disejumlah media online beberapa hari yang lalu, terkait dugaan Mafia Pupuk Bersubsidi di Kecamatan Banjar Baru Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Jumat, (14/06/2024).
Lanjutnya, Ia meminta kepada Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) dan Dinas Pertanian Tuba serta PJ.Bupati Tulang Bawang untuk dapat menindak tegas para distributor, pengecer dan kios-kios penyalur pupuk bersubsidi yang kedapatan menjual dengan harga di atas Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET) yang telah ditentukan pemerintah.
Menteri Pertanianpun menghimbau agar distributor dan pengecer untuk menjual sesuai HET. Pupuk Indonesia tidak ragu untuk menindak distributor yang kedapatan melakukan kecurangan harga. Sebab, hal tersebut mengganggu prinsip penyaluran 6 Tepat, yakni tepat jumlah, waktu, tempat, jenis, mutu dan harga.
Mengingat, Subsidi pupuk diberikan melalui mekanisme harga jual pupuk. Tujuannya adalah agar harga yang beredar di pasar tidak memberatkan petani dalam meningkatkan produksi pertanian.
Hermawansyah juga menemukan adanya pelanggaran terhadap penjualan dan penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi yang berada di Kecamatan Banjar Baru, “Ini saya temukan ada pengecer menjual pupuk bersubsidi di atas HET (harga eceran tertinggi). Misalnya harga satu sak pupuk bersubsidi Rp 115 ribu, dijual Rp. 170 ribu. Ini tindakan pidana kriminal. Cabut izin usahanya dan bila perlu dipidanakan,” Tegasnya.
