Lampung Tengah – (SIN) – Pekerjaan rigid adalah pekerjaan yang berbobot besar dalam kontrak dan pekerjaan harus betul betul sesuai standar, Secara teknis Dalam perkerasan kaku, kekuatan terhadap beban lalu lintas dinyatakan dengan kuat tarik lentur beton. Penulangan pada perkerasan kaku digunakan untuk mengontrol retak, bukan untuk memikul beban lalu lintas. Lean concrete atau disebut LC ini adalah lantai kerja untuk pekerjaan rigid pavement. Sehingga lapisan ini bukan termasuk lapisan struktur. Namun wajib ada sebelum pekerjaan beton (rigid). Fungsinya hanya sebagai lantai kerja agar air semen tidak meresap ke dalam lapisan bawahnya.

Seperti apa yang dikritisi oleh Ersan dari Ormas LPPNRI Lamteng dan Ferry Arif Ketua PWRI Lamteng terkait dengan pengerjaan rigid di Buyut Gunung Sugih Lampung Tengah ditemukan adanya pengerjaan yang diduga tidak memperhatikan kwalitas pekerjaan. Sehingga hal ini bisa merugikan negara diduga pekerjaan tidak sesuai bestek Ersan akan melakukan somasi dan melaporkan ke pihak yang punya kewenangan.

“Kebetulan kami lewat di lokasi pengerjaan rigid di Buyut pada hari Sabtu pagi (11/11/2023) dan turun untuk melihat pengerjaan jalan rigid tampak sudah banyak yang retak retak”, Kata Ersan dan Ferry

Kami tidak melihat papan proyek. Setelah kami konfirmasi dengan salah satu pekerja dilapangkan pun tidak tahu lalu kami hubungi pelaksana, papan nama infonya dipasang di kantor. Seharusnya papan proyek dipasang ditempat terbuka sesuai UU Keterbukaan Informasi Publik agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui informasi sehingga dapat turut mengawasi sebagai warga masyarakat.

Pekerjaan tersebut adalah Peningkatan jalan ruas jalan Buyut ilir – Buyut Utara – Putra Buyut Gunung Sugih jenis pekerjaan kontruksi dengan satuan kerja Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi dengan nilai pagu pekerjaan Rp. 4 467.957. 200,00 dan HPS Rp. 4.467.903.000,00 yang di kerjakan oleh CV. Laksana Mandiri dengan Alamat Kampung Ruktiharjo, Seputih Rahman Lampung Tengah dengan harga Penawaran lelang Rp. 4.373.130.792,23

Berdasar keterangan dari pelaksana kepala tukang di lokasi pekerjaan mengatakan panjang Pekerjaan 1.320 m, Lebar 5 Cm, Tebal 20 Cm.

Menurut Ersan LPPNRI dan Ferry Arif Ketua PWRI beserta Sekretarisnya Ajo Agus sudah menyampaikan hal ini kepada Suleman selaku PPK, namun belum dapat dikonfirmasi, Ungkapnya kepada awak Media ketika ditemui.

Lanjutnya Ersan dan Ferry, pekerjaan ini akan terus kami kritisi karena jelas jelas pekerjaan ini tidak sesuai bestek dan jika bukti bukti sudah kami dapatkan semua akan kami tindak lanjuti untuk membuat surat ke BPKP jika perlu ke KPK bisa turun ke Lampung Tengah”, Pungkasnya.
