Rapat Forum Kepala Daerah (Forkada) Se-kepulauan Nias

Nias – Sumatera Utara – (SIN) – Pelaksanaan Rapat Forum Kepala Daerah se-Kepulauan Nias bertempat di Walo Green Teluk Dalam, Kabupaten Nias Selatan, Jum’at (19/4/2024).

Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Nias, Samson Zai, S.H., M.Si selaku Sekretaris Forkada se-Kepulauan Nias menyampaikan bahwa pelaksanaan Rapat Forkada hari ini adalah melanjutkan hal-hal yang telah di diskusikan pada Rapat Forkada sebelumnya.

Pembahasan rapat saat ini terkait Penandatanganan Ulang Keputusan Bersama tentang Forum Kepala Daerah mengingat sebelumnya bertepatan saat penandatanganan keputusan tersebut Walikota Gunungsitoli sedang dalam keadaan kurang sehat, Usul Pembentukan Provinsi Kepulauan Nias dalam hal ini terkait form dan struktur organisasi BPPPKN, Pengajuan usulan dan Penandatanganan berita acara tentang Batas Daerah dan hal-hal lainnya” Terangnya.

Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Nias Yaatulo Gulo, S.E., S.H., M.Si selaku Koordinator Forkada se-Kepulauan Nias menyampaikan Rapat Forkada ini adalah rapat perdana di tahun 2024 sekaligus menjelang akhir kepengurusan yang akan diserahterimakan kepada Bupati Nias Barat.

Menyikapi agenda rapat hari ini, saya berharap dukungan dan sinergitas seluruh hadirin dalam melaksanakan kebijakan yang strategis. Tentunya, kita harus tetap semangat bekerja dan berjuang demi memajukan Kepulauan Nias yang kita cintai ini” Ujar Bupati Nias.

Akhirnya, Kesimpulan Hasil Rapat Forkada se-Kepulauan Nias adalah:

1. Dilakukan Penandatanganan Bersama Kepala Daerah se-Kepulauan Nias tentang Pembentukan Forkada. Khusus Kota Gunungsitoli akan ditandatangani oleh Bpk. Sowa’a Laoli, S E., M.Si dalam kapasitas sebagai Wakil Walikota Gunungsitoli pada bulan November 2023.

2. Terkait Batas Daerah, khusus Kabupaten Nias Utara dan Kabupaten Nias serta Kabupaten Nias Barat akan segera melakukan penandatanganan, namun karena Bupati Nias Utara dan Bupati Nias Barat belum hadir akan diajukan kepada masing-masing Kepala Daerah. Terkait Batas Daerah yang lain agar segera melakukan Verifikasi Lapangan pada bulan April 2024.

3. Dokumen terkait Usulan Pembentukan Provinsi Kepulauan Nias, difotokopi oleh Sekretariat BPPPKN dan didokumentasikan. Format yang disepakati untuk kepengurusan BPPPKN terdiri dari 5 Bidang dan 1 Sekretariat. Untuk evaluasi kepengurusan dibentuk tim formatur, yakni:

Ketua Bpk. Marinus Gea, Sekretaris Bpk. Samson P. Zai, S.H., M.Si dan Anggota yaitu Sekda Kota Gunungsitoli, Sekda Nias Utara, Sekda Nias Selatan, Sekda Nias Barat dan Tokoh Masyarakat yaitu Bpk. Drs. FG Martin Zebua.

4. Sekretariat Forkada segera menyiapkan Surat Susulan kepada Menteri BUMN dan Surat Susulan memohon kesediaan Menteri BUMN untuk Beraudiensi dengan Forkada se-Kepulauan Nias.

5. Koordinator Forkada se-Kepulauan Nias untuk periode berikutnya adalah Walikota Gunungsitoli, Bpk. Sowa’a Laoli, S.E., M.Si.

Kesimpulan tersebut ditandai dengan Penandatanganan Berita Acara Kesepakatan Bersama oleh Kepala Daerah se-Kepulauan Nias.

Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, Bupati Nias, Bupati Nias Selatan, Wakil Bupati Nias, Wakil Bupati Nias Selatan, Walikota Gunungsitoli yang diwakili oleh Asisten, Bupati Nias Utara yang diwakili oleh Sekretaris Daerah Nias Utara, Bupati Nias Barat yang diwakili oleh Sekretaris Daerah Nias Barat, Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Nias, Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Nias Selatan, Asisten Sekda se-Kepulauan Nias, Kepala OPD se-Kepulauan Nias dan Seluruh Hadirin.
