Tekab 308 Polres Tulang Bawang Tangkap Dua Pelaku Curas, AKP Indik: Semuanya Warga Terbanggi Besar

Tulang Bawang – (SIN) – Tekab 308 Presisi Polres Tulang Bawang, Polda Lampung, bersama Polsek Penawartama mengungkap tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan (curas) yang terjadi hari Kamis (26/09/2024), sekitar pukul 15.30 WIB, di Kampung Tri Rejo Mulyo, Kecamatan Penawartama, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang.

Ada dua pelaku yang ditangkap Tekab 308 Presisi dalam kasus curas tersebut yakni berinisial DS (34) dan AR (29). Mereka sama-sama berprofesi wiraswasta dan merupakan warga Kelurahan Terbanggi Besar, Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah (Lamteng).

“Hari Rabu (02/10/2024), sekitar pukul 00.20 WIB, Tekab 308 Presisi bersama personel Polsek Penawartama menangkap dua orang pelaku tindak pidana curas yang terjadi di Kampung Tri Rejo Mulyo. Mereka ditangkap saat sedang berada di rumahnya masing-masing di Kelurahan Terbanggi Besar,” kata Kasat Reskrim, AKP Indik Rusmono, SIK, MH, mewakili Kapolres Tulang Bawang, AKBP James H Hutajulu, SIK, SH, MH, MIK, Jum’at (04/10/2024).

Lanjutnya, adapun barang bukti (BB) yang disita oleh Tekab 308 Presisi dari tangan para pelaku yakni sepeda motor merek Honda Beat tahun 2008 warna putih, handphone (HP) android merek Vivo tipe Y75 5G warna glowing galaxy, tas selempang warna hitam yang berisikan identitas korban yakni KTP, SIM A Umum, kartu ATM BRI, serta beberapa lembar kertas DO kayu dan mobil pickup merek Suzuki Carry warna putih, BE 8328 OC.

Kasat Reskrim menjelaskan, menurut keterangan dari korban Suyatno (42), berprofesi wiraswasta, warga Kampung Indra Putra Subing, Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah (Lamteng), tindak pidana curas yang dialaminya terjadi di rumah saksi Jiman (60), berprofesi wiraswasta, warga Kampung Tri Rejo Mulyo, Kecamatan Penawartawa, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang.

“Para pelaku datang menemui korban yang saat itu sedang berada di rumah saksi, setelah bertemu para pelaku melakukan penganiayaan kepada korban. Korban sempat berteriak meminta tolong kepada saksi dan para pelaku langsung mengambil barang-barang milik korban berupa sepeda motor merek Honda Beat, HP android merek Vivo tipe Y75 5G warna glowing galaxy, dan sebuah tas selempang warna hitam yang berisi identitas korban serta uang tunai sebesar Rp 280 ribu, lalu para pelaku pergi. Akibat kejadian ini korban mengalami kerugian yang ditaksir sebanyak Rp 7 juta,” jelasnya.

AKP Indik menambahkan, usai mengalami tindak pidana curas, korban melaporkan hal tersebut ke Mapolsek Penawartama. Berbekal laporan dari korban, Tekab 308 Presisi bersama personel Polsek Penawartama langsung melakukan penyelidikan untuk mencari keberadaan para pelaku. Berkat keuletan dan kegigihan Tekab 308 Presisi di lapangan, akhirnya para pelaku ditangkap beserta dengan BB.

“Para pelaku saat ini sudah ditahan di Mapolres Tulang Bawang, dan dikenakan Pasal 365 ayat 2 ke 2 KUHPidana tentang pencurian dengan kekerasan atau Pasal 170 KUHPidana. Diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama 12 (dua belas) tahun,” imbuhnya. (Beny)
