Karawang – Jawa Barat – (SIN) – Asosiasi Media Siber Indonesia (AMSI) mendorong perusahaan pers yang jadi anggotanya agar bisa terverifikasi oleh Dewan Pers. Hal itu untuk membuka jalan negosiasi bisnis antara perusahaan platform digital dengan perusahaan media siber,Jum’at (17/6–2024 ).
Ketua Umum AMSI Wahyu Dhyatmika menyampaikan hal itu dalam diskusi bertema “Publisher Rights dan Keberlangsungan Ekosistem Bisnis Media Siber di Jawa Barat”. Diskusi itu jadi salah satu kegiatan dalam Konferensi Wilayah (Konferwil) ke-3 AMSI Jabar, Sutan Raja Hotel Soreang Bandung.
Diskusi itu pun menghadirkan narasumber lain, yakni Ketua Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) Jabar Hilman Hidayat dan pakar jurnalistik Universitas Islam Bandung (Unisba) Prof Dr Septiawan Santana. Sekretaris Daerah Jabar Herman Suryatman turut hadir memberikan sambutan.
Dalam kegiatan Konferwil tersebut juga dihadiri oleh para pemilik perusahaan media online dari Kabupaten Karawang, Syuhada Wisastra dari Media Teraspasundan.com dengan PT. Teras Pasundan Mediatama, Nina Melani Paradewi dari Media Onediginews.com dengan PT. Onedigi Mediatama Nusantara dan Y. Indra Nillan dari Media Deraphukum.click dengan PT. Derap Digital Mediatama.
