Diduga Terindikasi Korupsi dengan cara mark-up anggaran belanja di beberapa Komponen.
Berbagai macam cara dan upaya Pemerintah memberikan aturan serta pengawasan yang ketat, supaya bantuan pendidikan dapat terealisasi tepat sasaran, akan tetapi masih saja ada oknum oknum kuasa pengguna anggaran yang melanggar aturan itu, seperti yang terjadi di SMA N 1 Pangkal Pinang.
Pasalnya menurut informasi sumber data yang dapat dipercaya, yaitu Rekapitulasi Penggunaan dana bos SMA N 1 Pangkal Pinang yaitu:
(1). Penggunaan dana bos tahap 1 (Satu) tahun 2020 sebesar Rp 447.750.000,. ada 2 komponen yang tidak diyakini kebenarannya seperti.
a. komponen nomor 3 yaitu, Kegiatan pembelajaran dan ekstrakulikuler sebesar Rp 92.317.500,.
b. Komponen nomor 8 yaitu, Pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah sebesar Rp 93.183.000,.
(2). Penggunaan dana pada tahap 1 (Satu) sebesar Rp 597.000.000,. ada 2 komponen yang tidak diyakini kebenarannya seperti.
a. Komponen nomor 8 yaitu, Pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah sebesar Rp 119.000.000,.
(3). Penggunaan dana bos pada tahap 3 (Tiga) sebesar Rp 439.200.000,. Ada 2 komponen yang tidak diyakini kebenaran nya Seperti.

Pada saat dikonfirmasi oleh media melalui pesan whatshaap dan telepon terkait Dugaan tersebut, Kepala SMA N 1 Pangkal Pinang, EFRI RANTOS, S.Pd, Sekaligus Selaku Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran Mengatakan, Saya sendiri gak tahu, kalau sumbernya jelas gak masalah diberitakan.
Kepada Dinas terkait, BPK dan kepada Penegak Hukum, agar dapat segera menindaklanjuti terkait Dugaan Korupsi Dana bos sebesar Rp 4.466.837.922,. di SMA N 1 Pangkal Pinang, Kecamatan Taman sari, Kota Pangkal pinang, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, tahun 2020, 2021, dan 2022 agar Virus serupa tidak menular ke sekolah lain.
