Pringsewu – (SIN) – Satresnarkoba Polres Pringsewu Polda Lampung kembali meringkus seorang pelaku tindak pidana penyalahgunaan Narkotika pada Minggu (8/1/23) dinihari. Pelaku yang diamankan berinisial Nof Alias Sindop (31) warga Kelurahan Pringsewu Utara, Pringsewu, Lampung.
Kasat Narkoba Iptu Yudi Raymond mewakili Kapolres Pringsewu AKBP Rio Cahyowidi menjelaskan, pelaku diamankan polisi pada Minggu (8/1) sekira pukul 01.00 Wib. Dirinya di ringkus saat berada dirumah salah satu rekannya yang berada di Kelurahan Pringsewu Utara.
Dalam proses penggeledahan, dari tas yang dibawa pelaku, Petugas berhasil mengamankan 2 paket sabu seberat 0.29 gram, 1 buah kaca pirek, 2 buah plastik klip kosong dan 2 buah korek api.
“barang bukti narkotika tersebut diakui milik pelaku dan rencananya akan dipakai sendiri olehnya,” jelas Raymond.
Kasat Narkoba menambahkan, setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan, pelaku yang dalam kesehariannya berprofesi sebagai sales rokok ini mengaku bahwa barang haram tersebut ia dapat dari wilayah kabupaten Mesuji. Selain dipakai sendiri pelaku juga mengaku sering mengedarkan barang haram tersebut diwilayah tempat tinggalnya.
“Kasus ini masih terus kami kembangkan dengan harapan bisa mengungkap dan menangkap pelaku lainya ,” terangnya
Lebih lanjut, pelaku dan barang bukti saat ini telah diamankan ke Mapolres Pringsewu. Terhadap pelaku disangkakan telah melanggar pasal 114 Jo pasal 112 Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.
“Pelaku terancam hukuman pidana penjara hingga 15 tahun lamanya.” Tandasnya.
