Gunung Sugih – (SIN) – Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kelas II B Gunung Sugih jalin Perjanjian Kerja Sama dengan Polres Lampung Tengah. Penandatanganan dilakukan oleh Kepala Lapas Gunung Sugih, Suprihadi dan Kepala Resort Lampung Tengah, AKBP Andik Purnomo Sigit serta dihadiri pejabat struktural Lapas Gunung Sugih dan Polres Lampung Tengah di Ruang Rapat Lapas Gunung Sugih, Rabu (08/11).
“Lapas Gunung Sugih dan Polres Lampung Tengah bekerja sama dalam hal penanggulangan gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban, patroli sambang, pengawalan, pemindahan, pengamanan narapidana beresiko tinggi, penggeledahan, perlindungan terhadap petugas serta monitoring dan evaluasi sistem pengamanan, ” ujar Suprihadi.
“Langkah ini sesuai dengan arahan Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan, Reynhard Silitonga dalam 3 Kunci Pemasyarakatan Maju yakni Deteksi Dini Gangguan Keamanan dan ketertiban, Berantas Narkoba dan Sinergi dengan Aparat Penegak Hukum,” imbuhnya.
Suprihadi menambahkan bahwa antara Lapas Gunung Sugih dan Polres Lampung Tengah akan saling melakukan kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam rangka meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia serta saling memberikan bantuan sebagai narasumber / tenaga ahli dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan.
Setelah penandatanganan perjanjian kerjasama, Kalapas Gunung Sugih mengajak Kapolres Lampung Tengah serta jajaran melihat langsung blok hunian serta berbagai program pembinaan keterampilan Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP) di bengkel kerja, budidaya jamur tiram, dan madu klenceng.
Pada Kesempatan ini, Kapolres Lampung Tengah menyatakan dukungan sepenuhnya membantu Lapas Gunung Sugih dalam menciptakan situasi aman dan kondusif dengan berbagai program yang ada nantinya. Selain itu, beliau mengapresiasi berbagai macam program pembinaan yang diberikan kepada WBP.
