Bogor – (SIN) – Bertempat di Restoran Medja Ratjik, Perumahan Metland Transyogi Cileungsi, bertepatan dengan Hari Pendidikan Nasional 2 Mei 2024, hadir memenuhi undangan direktur Metland College Indra Rajagukguk sejumlah Kepala SMK di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor menanda tangani MOU untuk mengisi peluang kerja yang ditawarkan sejumlah negara di Asia, Eropa dan Timur Tengah.
Dalam keterangannya Indra menyampaikan, bahwa LPK Metland College yang beroperasi sejak tahun 2016, telah melatih peserta didik yang saat ini sudah berkarier di beberapa negara seperti Dubai, Qatar, Jerman, Australia, Maldives, Thailand, Bulgaria, Turki, Rumania. Pada umumnya para alumni Metland College yang berkarier di luar negeri merasakan manfaat yang besar terutama kemandirian, kesejahteraan dan jaringan kerja yang lebih luas di negara tempat mereka bekerja.
Dalam sambutannya, Dina Marta Tiraswati Pembina komunitas sekolah vokasi Cileungsi, bertutur bahwa apresiasi yang tinggi kepada 12 kepala SMK yang antusias dan bertanggung jawab memikirkan kesejahteraan dan masa depan para alumni dan lulusannya. Kepala Sekolah jangan hanya antusias dalam kegiatan mencari murid pada saat PPDB, tetapi lupa dan tidak peduli Ketika para siswanya sudah lulus dan menjadi alumni kemudian menganggur, karena tidak terserap di dunia kerja.
LPK Metland College menjadi jalan terwujudnya zero unemployment bagi SMK yang tergabung dalam komunitas sekolah vokasi Cileungsi, demikian komentar Ketua Komunitas Sekolah Vokasi Cileungsi Iskandar sekaligus Kepala SMK Al Farabi saat sambutan mewakili para Kepala Sekolah yang hadir saat itu.
Dalam suasana yang penuh dengan rasa persaudaraan, momentum penanda tanganan MOU yang diselenggarakan bersamaan dengan acara halal bi halal memperingati Iedul Fitri 1445 H Komunitas Sekolah Vokasi menikmati sajian hasil olahan Teaching Factory (Tefa) siswa SMK Metland Bidang Keahlian Pariwisata.
Beberapa Kepala SMK yang hadir pada acara tersebut seperti Fransisca Agustina Kepala SMK Kesehatan Prof. Dr. Mustopo Leuwiliang, Iwan Ridwan Kepala SMK Nurul Hikmah, Achmad Jazuli SMK Bhakti Kencana, Eko dari SMK Fatahilah, hadir juga perwakilan SMKN 1 Cileungsi dan beberapa SMK lainnya seperti SMK Bina Mandiri Sejahtera Citeureup, SMK Tarumanegara, SMK Widya Kusuma, SMK Madinatul Qur’an dan tuan rumah SMK Metland. Keseluruhannya sepakat pada tahun 2024 ini telah mempersiapkan para alumninya untuk mengikuti program persiapan kerja di luar negeri bersama LPK Metland College dengan pilihan negara Eropa Timur, Jepang dan Jerman.
