Kepulauan Tanimbar – Maluku – (SIN) – Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar melalui Pejabat Sekretaris Daerah, Brampi Moriolkosu mewakili Bupati mengikuti kegiatan video conference Penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja Sama Optimalisasi Pemungutan Pajak Pusat dan Pajak Daerah Tahun 2025 yang berlangsung di Aula Lantai 3 Kantor Bupati Kepulauan Tanimbar, Rabu (15/10/2025).
Kegiatan nasional tersebut merupakan bentuk sinergi antara pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah dalam memperkuat sistem perpajakan yang lebih transparan, efisien, dan berkeadilan, serta mendorong peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) demi mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan.
Turut mendampingi Sekda, Asisten Bidang Pembangunan Ekonomi dan Kemasyarakatan, serta pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) terkait di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar.
Dalam keterangannya, Pejabat Sekda Brampi Moriolkosu menegaskan, bahwa kerja sama ini menjadi momentum penting bagi Pemkab Tanimbar untuk memperkuat kemandirian fiskal daerah melalui pengelolaan pajak yang terintegrasi antara pusat dan daerah.
“Sinergi antara pajak pusat dan pajak daerah merupakan langkah strategis untuk memperkuat fondasi keuangan daerah. Dengan sistem yang lebih terhubung, kita bisa menggali potensi pajak secara maksimal dan memastikan pengelolaannya lebih transparan serta akuntabel,”ujar Moriolkosu.
Ia menambahkan, optimalisasi pajak bukan hanya tentang peningkatan penerimaan, tetapi juga bentuk tanggung jawab bersama antara pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam membangun daerah.
“Kita ingin menumbuhkan budaya taat pajak di masyarakat, karena setiap rupiah pajak yang dibayarkan akan kembali untuk membiayai pembangunan dan kesejahteraan bersama,” tambahnya.
Menariknya, hasil kerja keras pemerintah daerah dalam memperkuat sistem pendapatan daerah mulai menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Hingga September 2025, realisasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar telah mencapai sekitar Rp24 miliar, melampaui realisasi PAD tahun 2024 yang berada pada kisaran Rp23 miliar.
Capaian ini menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja fiskal daerah dan efektivitas pengelolaan pajak serta retribusi yang dijalankan oleh pemerintah setempat.
Kerja sama ini juga mencakup pertukaran data dan informasi perpajakan, pengawasan bersama terhadap wajib pajak, serta pengembangan sistem teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi antara pusat dan daerah. Langkah tersebut diharapkan mampu memperkuat pengawasan, memperluas basis pajak, dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada wajib pajak.
Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar berkomitmen untuk terus memperkuat tata kelola keuangan daerah yang transparan, akuntabel, dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan masyarakat.
“Kemandirian fiskal adalah fondasi bagi daerah untuk tumbuh dan berkembang secara berkelanjutan. Dengan pengelolaan pajak yang baik, kita tidak hanya memperkuat kas daerah, tetapi juga memperkokoh kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah,”tutup Moriolkosu.
