Lampung – (SIN) – Subdit I/ Indagsi Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Dit Reskrimsus) Polda Lampung, telah melimpahkan tersangka KH, Umur 42 tahun.,laki-laki alamat Dusun Sriwidodo Kel, Sriwijaya, Kec, Bandar Mataram, Kab Lampung Tengah, Prov Lampung atas tindak pidana perdagangan pupuk yang tidak memiliki izin edar.
“Kita sudah konfirmasi, bahwa benar Subdit I/Indagsi melakukan pelimpahan tahap II ke Kejaksaan Negeri Lampung Tengah terhadap tersangka KH atas perkara perdagangan pupuk yang tak memiliki izin,” kata Kapolda Lampung Irjen Pol Akhmad Wiyagus melalui Kabid Humas Polda Lampung, Kombes Pol Zahwani Pandra Arsyad di mapolda Lampung, Lampung Selatan, Kamis (22/12/22).
Dia melanjutkan tersangka KH melakukan perdagangan pupuk merek NPK Prophos Kayako dan pupuk Pro Phoska Yako dengan masing-masing kemasan seberat 50 kilogram.
Dua merek pupuk yang dijual oleh tersangka KH tersebut tidak memiliki izin edar dari Kementerian Pertanian RI.
” Berawal dari penyelidikan atas informasi dari masyarakat ada nya Peredaran Pupuk yang oleh tersangka KH dan di simpan di dalam sebuah gudang di wilayah Dusun Sriwidodo, Lampung Tengah, dan penyidik melakukan proses penyidikan atas tindak pidana peredaran Pupuk tanpa izin edar, dan dinyatakan lengkap atau P21 oleh kejaksaan ” kata dia.
Atas penangkapan itu, penyidik mengamankan barang bukti berupa 20 karung pupuk dengan berat masing-masing 50 kilogram, 40 karung pupuk mereka Pro Phoska Yako dengan berat 50 kilogram, satu bundel nota pembelian, dan satu bundel surat jalan.
Untuk tersangka KH sendiri dipersangkakan melanggar Pasal 122 juncto Pasal 73 UU RI No.22 Tahun 2019 Tentang Sistem Budi Daya Pertanian Berkelanjutan dengan ancaman hukuman selama enam tahun dan denda sebesar Rp 3 miliar.
” Untuk perkaranya sudah Tahap II ke kejaksaan dan telah dilakukan pelimpahan tersangka dan barang bukti” katanya.
