Nias Sumut – (SIN) – Pelaksanaan Sosialisasi Mekanisme Penjatuhan Hukuman Disiplin berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 94 Tahun 2021 tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil serta Tata Cara Penjatuhan Hukuman Disiplin melalui Aplikasi I’DIS secara daring melalui Aplikasi Zoom Meeting, Rabu (14/5/2025).
Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Nias, Efori Telaumbanua, S.T., M.Si melaporkan maksud dan tujuan pelaksanaan sosialisasi ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada para ASN di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias, khususnya para Kepala Unit Kerja, Kepala Sekolah dan Para Pengelola Urusan Kepegawaian tentang Mekanisme dan Tata Cara Penjatuhan Hukuman Disiplin sekaligus memperkenalkan aplikasi Integreted Dicipline atau disingkat I’DIS yang digunakan dalam penjatuhan dan pelaporan hukuman disiplin yang terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Aparatur Sipil Negara (SIASN) BKN.
Dalam arahannya, Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Nias Samson P. Zai, S.H., M.H menyampaikan bahwa disiplin merupakan salah satu pilar utama dalam membangun birokrasi yang profesional serta mendukung terwujudnya pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien.
Terbitnya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 94 Tahun 2021 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil adalah untuk memastikan PNS menaati setiap kewajiban dan menghindari setiap larangan yang telah ditentukan, agar dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya dapat berjalan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta Core Values ASN berakhlak.
Lanjut, ruang lingkup penegakan disiplin tentunya tidak semata-mata hanya mencakup ketentuan jam kerja tetapi juga mencakup setiap ucapan. tulisan atau perbuatan PNS yang dilakukan di dalam maupun di luar jam kerja. Oleh karena itu, PNS harus berhati-hati dengan setiap ucapan, tulisan serta tindakannya dalam aktivitas sehari-hari, karena apabila tidak dijaga, maka berpotensi dikenai hukuman disiplin.
Di sisi lain, untuk melakukan pengawasan penegakan disiplin secara Nasional dan terintegrasi, terdapat sebuah instrumen digital dalam bentuk aplikasi yang diberi nama Integrated Discipline atau I’DIS. Aplikasi I’DIS ini dirancang oleh Badan Kepegawaian Negara dalam rangka meningkatkan disiplin ASN dan mempermudah akses, baik dalam pelaporan, pelaksanaan dan pendokumentasian disiplin ASN.
Dengan aplikasi ini, seluruh proses pemberian hukuman disiplin akan terdata secara real time, terintegrasi dengan basis data kepegawaian Nasional melalui SIASN dan transparan dalam proses pemberian hukuman disiplin, sehingga pemberian hukuman disiplin sesuai dengan Norma, Standar, Prosedur dan Kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Nias, Narasumber yakni Drs. Widodo, M.Si selaku Kepala Bidang Pengembangan dan Supervisi Kepegawaian pada Kanreg VI BKN Medan, Staf Ahli Bupati Nias, Asisten Sekda Kabupaten Nias, Kepala Perangkat Daerah/Unit Kerja di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias dan Kepala Sekolah di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias.
