Tulang Bawang – (SIN) – Banyak cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk memberikan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat, salah satunya seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh Seksi Dokkes Polres Tulang Bawang, Polda Lampung, dengan membuat sebuah terobosan kreatif.
Terobosan kreatif yang dimaksud tersebut yakni dibidang pelayanan kesehatan secara gratis kepada seluruh masyarakat yang ada diwilayah hukumnya dengan membuat anjungan tempat mengambil (ATM) Dahak.
“ATM Dahak merupakan sarana yang disiapkan oleh Poliklinik Polres Tulang Bawang untuk mengambil sampel dahak dari pasien, dan dari sampe dahak tersebut nantinya akan diketahui apakah pasien menderita suatu penyakit atau tidak,” kata Kapolres Tulang Bawang, AKBP James H Hutajulu, SIK, SH, MH, MIK, Selasa (28/05/2024).
Lanjutnya, ATM Dahak melayani seluruh pasien dan membuka pelayanan setiap hari kerja dari Senin s/d Sabtu, pukul 08.00 WIB s/d pukul 16.00 WIB, yang pastinya gratis serta tidak dipungut biaya sepeser pun. ATM Dahak ini juga merupakan yang pertama kali ada di Polda Lampung dan Polres jajaran.
“Sampel dahak yang sudah diberikan oleh pasien di ATM Dahak, nantinya akan kirimkan oleh petugas kami ke laboratorium untuk mengetahui apakah pasien tersebut menderita tuberculosis (TBC) atau tidak,” papar perwira peraih Adhi Makayasa Akpol 2004.
Kapolres menjelaskan, selain ATM Dahak, Poliklinik Polres Tulang Bawang juga memberikan berbagai macam pelayanan kesehatan secara gratis kepada seluruh masyarakat yang ada di Kabupaten berjuluk Sai Bumi Nengah Nyappur.
“Pelayanan kesehatan yang dimaksud yakni teraphy pengobatan selama 6 bulan, layanan home care dari tim medis, medicine delivery bagi pasien yang berada di wilayah sekitar Kecamatan Menggala Timur, dan konsultasi kesehatan via telepon 24 jam,” jelas perwira dengan melati dua dipundaknya.
AKBP James menambahkan, kami akan terus berkomitmen memberikan pelayanan prima kepada seluruh masyarakat secara optimal, sehingga masyarakat benar-benar merasakan kehadiran dari Poliklinik Polres Tulang Bawang yang juga melayani masyarakat umum terutama pemegang kartu BPJS.
